Cardio Area
Our extensive Cardiovascular area is home to a range of various top of the range equipment, including brands such as LifeFitness, Cyber, Spirit and Concept2.
We have treadmills, arc trainers and a variety of bikes for those interested in standard cardio workouts, as well as ski erg, assault bikes, rowers and a Jacobs ladder for those looking for a more HIIT workout.
Free Weights Area
Our free weights area is packed with all you'll need to smash any weights based workout you've got planned!

4 squat bays with accessories, smith machine, lifting platform, leg press, hack squat, glute drive, olympic benches, adjustable benches and more...
​
We have dumbbells going all the way up to 75kg and over 1500kg in plate weights, as well as plenty of bars, barbells and kettlebells.
This space gives you the tools you'll need to get a varied and effective workout no matter.


Resistance Area
Our Resistance area is located upstairs, above the free-weights and was recently upgraded to a full range of Dyaco Spirit equipment...

These machines are simple and easy to set up and can hit most major muscle groups. We even have QR codes which you can scan to view a video of how to use each machine, so you're never stuck on how to set yourself up!
​
The resistance area also has two duel adjustable functional cable machines with various attachments to give you an effective full body workout!
Functional Studio
Our 800sqft functional studio acts as an extension of our free weights area, with 2 more squat bays and all the accessories.
​
In this studio you will find a hyrox standard sled and 14 metre track. We also have a variety of functions/studio equipment, with everything from battle ropes to slam balls, sandbags to gymnastic rings, slams balls to medicine balls, were certain you'll have all the equipment you'll need to hit any functional style workout.

This space also holds a handful of our classes including, circuits, LIFT, Body Blitz, Boxing Circuits and bootcamp.

Our studio is also available to hire. Please speak to a member of staff if you are interested in private hire

Studio Two
This serene area is perfect for small yoga classes and stretching sessions, providing a peaceful environment where you can unwind and stretch. With ample natural light and calming decor, the space is thoughtfully designed to enhance your experience, allowing for both relaxation and focused practice.
Small group yoga & pilates and 1-1 sessions take place within this calming space. Our studio is also available for rental, making it an ideal setting for instructors looking to host intimate group sessions, breathwork workshops, Pilates, and more.
The flexible layout ensures that you can tailor the room to suit your preferred activities. Whether you’re attending a class or leading one, this welcoming environment encourages mindfulness, growth, and community connection.


Studio One
Step into our beautiful studio, a serene and inviting space that is home to many of our classes such as Yoga, Pilates, Mobility and Zumba. These classes can hold up to 20 people.
Our studio is not just a place for structured classes; it’s also a haven for personal practice. When classes are not in session, feel free to utilise the space for your own stretching, meditation, or solo workouts. This versatility allows you to make the most of your fitness journey at your own pace.
Additionally, if you're looking for a beautiful setting to host your own classes or workshops, our studio is available for rent at just £15 an hour. This is an excellent opportunity for instructors and wellness enthusiasts to lead their sessions in a supportive and inspiring environment.​

Spin Studio
Our spin studio is where fitness meets energy, designed with 12 bikes to provide an exhilarating workout for all fitness levels.
Whether you're looking to join a dynamic MyZone class or participate in our engaging instructor-led sessions, our spin studio is the perfect spot to elevate your fitness journey.
In addition to our scheduled classes, we offer the flexibility for members to enjoy our bikes during any downtime. If a class isn't in session, feel free to hop on a bike.​
