Our Fitness Classes
Pilates
Pilates uses controlled movements to improve physical strength, flexibility and posture. The core principals of this widely recognised training method aims to enhance mental well-being, breathing and concentration, as well as to relax and centre the body.
Circuits
We will move around the studio trying different exercises for short periods of time. These exercises will include cardio, resistance and strength training.
Body Blitz
This is an ideal workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit. These classes use light to moderate weights with lots of repetitions, through a series of moves and techniques to give you a total body workout.
Legs, Bums & Tums
Full body aerobic that aims to tone up your thighs, bum and stomach.
PIYO
PIYO is a fusion of pilates and yoga, incorporating the best of both modalities to create a flowing class that will leave you feeling undoubtably challenged, yet refreshed.
Yoga
Yoga is a group of physical, mental and spiritual practices dating back over thousands of years. Yoga with us at the gym focuses on building physical and mental strength through a series of flowing moves and held poses.
MyZone Studio Cycle
MyZone Studio Cycle is a cycle class using MyZone and clients heart rates. A programmed workout keeping within coloured zones and heart rate zones.
Studio Cycle
Studio Cycle, also known as 'spinning' is the original indoor cycling class. Based on static indoor bikes, these classes are designed to focus on cardiovascular fitness, endurance and strength. Instructors will take participants through routes using intervals, hill climbs and sprints that will tone and strengthen muscles and give an excellent calorie burn.
Boxing Circuits
This class is an all over body workout including boxing, kicking and ab work. Adaptable for all fitness levels.
Mobility
A mobility class in a gym is designed to improve flexibility, joint range of motion, and overall movement efficiency. These classes typically focus on enhancing physical performance, reducing the risk of injury, and promoting recovery.
Krav Maga
Krav Maga is a self defence based martial art, based on techniques used in aikido, judo, karate, boxing and wrestling. It is based around real world situations and self defence techniques that can be used by anyone.
**LIFT**
Small Group Coaching: Focus on strength and conditioning in this empowering class that helps you build muscle, improve your endurance, and enhance your overall athletic performance. Whether you’re a beginner or seasoned lifter, our expert trainers will help you maximise your workout.

**HIIT BOOTCAMP**
Small Group Coaching: HIIT Bootcamp: Get ready to sweat! Our High-Intensity Interval Training sessions combine cardio and strength exercises that guarantee a high-octane workout. Burn calories, boost your metabolism, and improve your fitness level in no time!

**STRENGTH MOBILITY**
Small Group Coaching: In this class, we blend strength training with mobility work to build a body that’s both strong and flexible. We kick off with a mobility warm-up, then move into weighted exercises focused on building strength and range of motion. To top it all off, we end with a deep stretch that releases tension and helps you feel amazing.
