Ben started The Gym Braunton in 2013 and has been on a mission to create a welcoming community where everyone can find their way to a happier and healthier lifestyle! Ben coaches everything from 1-1 to full group sessions on the gym floor.

Jude Champion
Instructor & Personal Trainer
Jude has over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry and has taught a variety of fitness classes. Jude is a certified gym instructor, personal trainer, and Pilates instructor.

Candice Ford
Manager, Personal Trainer & Lifestyle Coach
Candice's focus on human performance has developed over the last 15 years in the health and fitness industry. As a lifelong athlete, Candice knows what it takes to compete at the highest level while managing longevity & a healthy lifestyle.

Hannah Wain
Instructor & Personal Trainer
Hannah teaches a variety of classes and is a PT here. She is passionate about using exercise, health and nutrition to improve overall wellbeing and supporting female hormone health and holistic health.

Caitlin has worked in the fitness and dance industry for over 12 years and has a vast experience in teaching classes through a range of modalities.

Josh Irwin
Instructor & Personal Trainer
Josh teaches a variety of classes, our small group sessions and also offers Personal Training. He has recently graduated with a degree in Strength, Conditioning and Rehabilitation.
