Ben started The Gym Braunton in 2013 and has been on a mission to create a welcoming community where everyone can find their way to a happier and healthier lifestyle! Ben coaches everything from 1-1 to full group sessions on the gym floor.

Jude has over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry and has taught a variety of fitness classes. Jude is a certified gym instructor, personal trainer, and Pilates instructor.
